Blessy Manalo is a Conveyancer in our Property Team and handles all types of property transactions, for buyers, sellers and transfers between related parties.
Blessy is an expert in all areas of Property Transactions and assists McDonald Milnes Clients with the preparation of Contracts of Sale and Section 32 for off the plan transactions, land sales, established properties and apartments. Blessy also prepares Section 27 agreements for early release of deposit, license agreements and Section 52 statements for commercial properties.
For buyers of property, Blessy manages all the Conveyance from the purchase through to settlement, including preparation of transfers, preparation of property for incoming mortgagee, removal and or placement of Caveats, preparation of statement of adjustments, calculation of Stamp Duty and the preparation of notice of acquisitions for relevant authorities.
