Danielle joined McDonald Legal in 2020 as a Paralegal and Conveyancing Assistant. For two years, Danielle worked closely with our solicitors and conveyancers, gaining extensive experience in various areas of law. During her time as a Conveyancing Assistant, Danielle supported our Conveyancers with residential and commercial transactions acting for both purchasers and vendors. As a paralegal, Danielle assisted our solicitors with civil and commercial litigation matters, property law, wills and estate planning, family law. Danielle graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law in 2022. Shortly after, Danielle was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a solicitor. In the litigation and dispute resolution sphere, Danielle regularly appears for clients in all jurisdictions, including the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Magistrates Court of Victoria, County Court of Victoria and Supreme Court of Victoria, both as advocate and instructing solicitor. Danielle also advises and assists her clients in a range of commercial matters.

Danielle is committed to building relationships with her clients and working with them to achieve their desired outcome. Through her time at the firm, Danielle has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience which will be invaluable as she progresses through her legal career.
