With almost 15 years’ experience in both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Jodie has a passion for property and enjoys all aspects of conveyancing, taking pride in achieving a smooth and stress-free transaction for all her clients.

With Jodie’s calm and friendly manner, alongside her organised approach, she enjoys the challenge of providing a high level of professionalism and communication to clients. Taking the time to simplify the complex conveyancing process, and resolving any queries that may be troubling her clients to ensure that they are guaranteed the best possible results for their transactions. In her spare time, Jodie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active out on the netball court, and cooking up a storm.

Areas of law & expertise:

• Probate Work: Recently, Jodie had begun to assist and learn the legal area and processes of probate. She is able to facilitate obtaining the Grant of Probate from the Supreme Court, together with assisting with calling in all funds for distribution of the Estate.
• Buying and selling: She has enjoyed acting for both vendors & purchasers on large scale developments, including Subdivisions and off-the-plan transactions for residential and commercial property.
• Other Transactions: Jodie also does work in relation to creation/removal of easements, plans of subdivision, partition agreements, lost title applications and related party transactions.
